Fuel Poverty

Young NCB are conducting weekly polls to find out about issues which are important to children and young people. Our second poll was to do with a topic called 'Fuel Poverty'. Rachel is doing some work on this at the moment and she is  interested in finding out about what you think: 

Even though the UK is one of the richest countries in the world, some families have to spend more than 10% of their income on heating their home: this is called ‘living in fuel poverty’.

What proportion of families in the UK do you think cannot afford to heat their homes properly this winter?
