Would you like more activities available at the weekends?

'Children and Young People Now' are trying to find out if young people would like more activities available at the weekends and whether they would use them. They'd like as many young people as possible to take part in the survey.

They will pass on their findings on to the government and other people who can change things.

It should only take a few minutes to complete the survey and your answers will be completely anonymous.
