Lights, Camera, Parliament! What law would you make?

Young people aged 11-16 across the UK are invited to think of a law they’d like to make, and then to create a short film about it! ‘Lights, Camera, Parliament!’ is a project for teachers and youth workers looking to inspire young people to have their say, and to think about democracy and law making in a fresh and creative way.

The laws they suggest can be about anything they care about and want to change! Parliament’s Education Service provides support to help delivery of this project with resource packs, lesson plans, tips on law making and film making. The final date for submission of films is Friday 14th January 2011.
