Survey on young people's experiences of discrimination
Hello and welcome to our survey on
young people's experiences of discrimination!
What is this about?
This survey is for young people in England aged 11-18 years in
schools and colleges, and will take no more than 10 minutes to
complete. The aim of the survey is to find out about young people's
experiences of discrimination and what can be done to help change
things, and make them feel accepted.
Your views are really important to us and 5 young people can win
a £10 high street voucher for taking part. If you want to be
entered for this prize, then please leave your name and address at
the end of the survey. The survey closes on 19th October, so please
make sure you
complete the survey by then.
What happens next?
We will produce a report based on your views. Your views are
completely confidential and anonymous, so no names and addresses
will be attached to your views in the report. Your personal details
are only needed if you want to be entered for the prize draw.
Once you have completed the survey please click 'Done'. If you
want a paper-based version of the survey, please contact Deepa
Pagarani on: dpagarani@ncb.org.uk.
