The Children's Consultation website has now gone live!
Website: http://www.mybbcchildrens.co.uk/
What is it?
This is where children aged 12 and under can give their views on
BBC programmes. Basically, the BBC want to know what you think of
their children’s TV and radio programmes. You will be able to
respond in writing, pictures (some of which will go on an online
gallery), or recordings on the following topics:
- Which one's you think are good?
- What’s not so good?
- What do you think of the websites?
- Are the programmes shown at the right time?
- What kind of programmes do you want to see in the future and
what would be your perfect BBC children’s programme or
website?
There’s also an online message board where you will be able to
air your views.
What will happen with my views?
Your responses will form an important part of a BBC review and
will help to form an assessment of the BBC’s current performance.
So, in short, your views could change the way the BBC is funded and
the direction of it’s children’s programming.
