There is a real need for children and young people to be leading and influencing action that impacts upon them as individuals and society as a whole. But are the leaders of services which affect the lives of so many children properly equiped to empower them to lead?

Participation Works is hosting a national conference focusing on young people's empowerment and leadership. Delegates will have the opportunity to talk to experts in the field in a number of interactive discussion tables.
